No Promises

My infrequency of posting is only matched by my wordiness, some might say. If anyone was reading these, of course, but they’re ultimately for my enjoyment—the words, that is. The photos? Those are for you.

One of the little joys of the last few years has been this drone. I’m probably the kid who chose flying as my super power. Always want to see things I can’t see, get to places without climbing, and revel in unique perspectives. Once in a while, I make a point of going somewhere with this contraption, throwing it up in the air, and taking a bit of a gander. If a photo comes of it, great; if not, no great loss.

This one’s pretty cool… and it was really cold. And windy. The drone handled it all with aplomb. Me? I was freezing for an hour.
