In with the Old
Over the last (almost) decade, one of the great affordances of my job at Hill Farmstead Brewery has been travel. I've had the opportunity to explore multiple places on my Places I Aim to Shoot list under the guise of a beer fest. Throwing extra days on either end of the work allows me to explore more fully a place that, more often than not, you'd simply not see in the context of a business trip. One of those places has been Québec City.
It's everything that's said about it and more: charming, European, welcoming, and delicious for the eyes and palate. These wandering snaps are from a cold April visit in 2019, nominally to pour beer during a now-disappeared festival, but mostly to enjoy the opportunity to explore and experience this classic locale. I certainly have yearned to return for some time, and here’s to the chance.

Thanks for visiting and enjoy!
