Slight Site Change

Still tweaking the site design and layout to try to make sure it's readable and easy to navigate. Saw the site on an old Windows box running a fairly old version of Explorer today, and some things weren't quite right, and it was tough to read on text, so out with the stark black and in with some charcoal and white. Let me know what you think.
